Delivery/Courier Information
Please use a valid phone number as this is a requirement by all of our couriers. It’s also handy for our staff incase we need to reach you regarding your delivery.
We package each order really well to ensure it’s safe and gets to you undamaged.
After you’ve placed your order, we will process it and ship it out the next business day. The cut-off time for same-day dispatch is approximately 11:30am.
Delivery Time
It’s hard to give an exact time frame for delivery as we use a variety of couriers. Since majority of our products are Dangerous Goods, they all need to be handled manually by the courier company and can’t be shipped by air. We collected the data and composed an estimate on delivery times:

QLD & VIC: 2 to 5 Business Days
SA, WA, NT & TAS: 3 to 6 Business Days
Who Is My Courier?
Our system will automatically assign one of our couriers to transport your product safely to you. This is done automatically depending on the product and which courier is fit to handle it.
